What is the difference between an intel GMA 4500MHD integrated card and an intel GMA 4500M integrated card?

i know there both pretty crappy graphics cards but which one is better? also the hp laptop i'm getting has 1695mb total video memory, is that good? could that be used for some games? because all the other specs are very good.
