Can having a cold while pregnant harm the baby?

I am 4 months pregnant and have a terrible cold. I feel very congested, sore throat, sinus headache, and very weak. I went to the pharmacist yesterday and she gave me Tylenol and a saline nose spray. I am just wondering if there is anything else I can be taking, and is this cold going to harm my baby? Thanks ladies! :)
