What is the most weight I could realistically aim to loose in 3/4 weeks?
When going to the gym everyday of the week, you have to try to use 500-1000 calories in order to lose 1-2 pounds every week. The possible reason that you weren't losing weight might have been that instead you were gaining muscle which replaces fat and you were not noticing. Muscle is heavier than fat because it's bunched-up fibers so that's why you were "not seeing results." Anyways good luck! That's really hard to do!! Do not starve yourself!! PLEASE!!! You need calories in your diet, in any diet. You can only lose about 6 pounds realistically.
