WEIRD LIGHT IN SOUTH-WESTERN SKY?

Look in the south-western sky, there is this red and blue flashing light, occasionally there is some gray. This is not a plane, it has been in the same spot for hours. When looking through binoculars, it appears to be pentagon shaped with 5 giant LED light looking things. No idea what this is. I am in Central Illinois. The day is April 15th. Take a look.
