Should I use this birthday gift idea for now or for when my friend turns sixteen?

Okay, so my friend is turning fifteen soon, and we're going to be celebrating her birthday while camping. I'm the only friend she is bringing though, so a) I'm not even sure she wants me to get a gift and b) I have a great idea for a gift but I'm not sure how I'm going to top it next year. I found this old photo of me and her in ballet cl when we were eight, which is kinda where we became GOOD friends, and I was thinking of having it frameed really nicely and giving it to her along with a tiffany chain. What do you think? Also I don't wanna out do any of her relatives so I'm not sure.... Should I wait to do something like that till next year when she's sixteen? Cuz if I did that I'd put the picture inside a card, and giv her like a bag or something.... (that's what she got me for my birthday, a bag from roxy and ten dollars lol) Help plesa?
