Sharp pains in heart area?

I have random sharp shooting pains around my heart area sometimes it lasts for a few min and during the time its happening i have to take little breaths because if I take large breaths it with hurt, it comes randomly? im 17 go to the gym and never smoked or any of that hoo haa. Also i have this similar sharp shooting pain in my low pelvis area? its so random it sometimes makes me stop what im doing. It has been happening for two years maybe more i never paid attention but it happens randomly. the heart area and pelvis area pains happen at different time tho. I am not preggs either. any ideas on what it could be?
