A question on custody tommorow would be my court day?

I live NYC me and the mom live pretty close my daughter is 4 years old.she violated my visits on the weekrds and holidays which one was thanksgiving.not only she violated once but twice and refuse i mean refuse to handle over so i file 2 violations and a police report not only that i got like 5 pages of text proof printed and on my cell phone how she insults me,curses,always putting her family in it,giving me threats saying, I'M warning you,changing my number,she has a real father and u ain't u"! and that my my kid doesn't care for u etc and how she supporting her all her life. which aint tru i have pictures,videos, with me and my daughter we have a good relationship she wants to destroy that so i file for legal and phsyical custody what are the chances here of winning? i work and i give money to my kid. and taken my kid on my visits and hiding and telling her man she aint home and not telling me where she at aint the best interest of my child period.
