Is there any relation to ual preference and playing and supporting football, why do people try and connect?

the two ? i don't care if the team i support are all raving s, likewise i don't care if the guy or girl standing beside me at OLD TRAFFORD is gay. i watch football to be entertained, somewhat in the same frame i think, Kenny Everett, or Graham Norton are entertaining. football has no place for racism or s, this the year 2008.
