How many solar panels would I need to build to power a small camper for the summer?

My boyfriend and I are planning on living in a camper on our friend's property in Vermont for the summer. We want to live as efficiently and cheaply as possible, so we're planning on making a few solar panels and using that as our energy source, as well as maybe propane for the stove and fridge. We're still in the early planning stages and need to find a camper to buy, but I'm trying to ballpark the costs for everything. So how many solar panels would we need to power a few lights, record player, small appliances (toaster, coffee maker, etc) and maybe a few other small things? Thanks in advance!
