Do you know of a book that could cure a bigot?

A colleague believes that white men are superior to any other kind of peoples in the world. He's unable to comprehend reasonable arguments against this belief in person, so I need some academically sound literature that he can read that will hopefully alleviate his inbred bigotry. Any suggestions on books or websites that I can refer him to?
