Rate my lineup...?

I give it a 5/10 -- because your position players are solid, but your pitching staff is terrible. Izzy is your only closer, while Wang and Capuano are your aces? Yikes. All of those pitchers are going to end up with high ERAs, high WHIPs, and win maybe 50-60% of their starts. With regard to whom you should drop for Beuhrle, I'd say Chuck James is the most expendable pitcher on your staff.
